Developing Your Intuition, with ADHD as your Superpower

Who can develop their intuition? Anyone! Including folks with ADHD

Developing your personal intuition has huge benefits. It can be an aid in our everyday lives, and become a trusted guided system when we know how to tap into it. 

In addition, developing and using intuition can actually calm the chaos in our brains that we experience every day, living with ADHD. Like a mental break or mini vacation from the dissarray.

This is a 7-class/9-week course where we will dive into ADHD and intuition, learn specific tools and techniques to develop and refine intuition, spend time with our beautiful and neurodiverse brains, practice intuition, and join in a connected space with other folks who live with ADHD and want to develop intuition. 

Each class builds on the next, diving deeper into ADHD, energy, developing intuition and your own experience of energy awareness. Over the course of 7 classes and 9 weeks, you'll:

• Learn tools and techniques to develop your intution 
• Learn Stephanie's personal secrets and tools to refine and tune into energy
• Learn how an intuitive practice can quiet the chaos of the ADHD brain - this is an AMAZING benefit!!!
• Recieve the downloadable Developing Your Intuition with ADHD as Your Superpower Companion Workbook
• Receive downloadable meditations to support your practice and developing intuition
• Practice flexing your intuitive skills in class with partners and small groups
• Get connected into a community of other neurodiverse folks who are also interested in developing intuition 

The class and materials are designed for ADHD. And bring what helps you focus. Doodling, notes, wiggling, and moving around are welcome in this class!  

Please note, we will not be meeting during two of the nine weeks. 

Even though we won't be meeting as a class, you will have the option to pair up with other students and practice intuition  exercises and the tools that you'll learn each week. 

Stephanie Moberg, M.A., is a wholistic life coach and energy intuitive. She's earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Psychology and Master's degree in Psychology and has worked in the mental health and research fields for a combined 18+ years. Since childhood, she's had a strong connection with her intuition, and draws on her awareness of energy and intuition to provide personalized support to her clients and students. Stephanie’s philosophy is to empower each client and student by teaching helpful tools and techniques that are (surprisingly!) simple and effective. Stephanie's practice is inclusive, accepting, and affirming.
